Existing Users :
  • Existing users (Those have already registered with Coal India portal) have to provide Email ID (as given during registration) in the Email ID box. Password may be typed in the Password box (password is case sensitive).
  • Click on Submit button.
  • If password is forgotten: to reset your password, click on "Forget Password", new password will be sent to your e-mail Id.
New Users:
  • New user (Those have not registered with Coal India portal) has to register with the CIL portal by click on "New Registration".
  • Fill-in the form with valid e-mail ID & Submit.
  • Your password will be sent to the e-mail ID. Please check your Inbox/spam/bulk folder to view the mail.
  • Please click on the link 'Click Here' to activate your account mentioned in your email. A pop up will appear showing "your account is now activated". If the link is not received in your email, please check your security settings/consult your network administrator.
  • Close all browser windows & Login to CIL portal using your email id & password.
Note : Coal India Limited has changed the Password Policy. If you are unable to login using your password, 
you are requested to Reset your Password by clicking the link 'Forget Password' given above.
Your Password will be sent to your registered e-Mail ID.
